GARY D. HERMANN

Gary Hermann is one of the founding partners of the firm, with experience handling a wide range of litigation matters and over sixty jury trials. He has extensive experience handling products liability and toxic tort matters, including matters involving heavy machinery, pharmaceutical, medical devices, manufactured housing, trucking and automotive, and asbestos. He also has considerable experience in business and commercial litigation, trucking, employment, and insurance coverage matters.

Gary serves on the Business Litigation, Products Liability, Trucking and Transportation, and Retail Practice Committees of the American Law Firm Association. He also is a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, where he was Vice-Chairman of the Products Liability Section and served on the Pharmaceutical Litigation Committee, and the Defense Research Institute. He is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell for legal ability and ethical standards and in 2005 was selected as one of Ohio's "Super Lawyers" by Law and Politics and Cincinnati Magazines.
