Personal: Married, three children. | HUNTER SCOTT HAVENSHunter Havens is an experienced civil trial lawyer heavily focused on complex civil litigation, including auto/trucking, products liability, premises liability, construction, wrongful discharge, employment discrimination and harassment, often involving difficult issues. He has handled over 1000 cases as trial attorney with excellent outcomes in both trials and arbitration. He has successfully argued numerous appeals on a wide range of issues in various Ohio Courts of Appeal and before the Ohio Supreme Court. Prior to joining Hermann, Cahn & Schneider, LLP as a partner in 2002, Hunter practiced with Mazanec, Raskin & Ryder Co., LPA. Previously, he practiced for 16 years with Quandt, Giffels & Buck Co., LPA, where he was a partner. He is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell for legal ability and ethical standards.
