JEFFREY S. MOELLER
Jeffrey Moeller graduated in the top 5% of his class from the University of North Carolina School of Law (1989), where he served on the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Following his graduation, he served a judicial clerkship with the Alaska Surpreme Court (1989-90) and then entered private practice in Alaska before returing home to Ohio in 2001. Jeff is admitted to practice law in Ohio, Alaska, the Sixth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the U.S. District Courts for Northern Ohio and Alaska. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers' Association. His practice focuses on civil litigation and immigration. He has extensive litigation experience in business, municipalities, class actions, construction, employment, surety/fidelity, and insurance defense. Jeff speaks French, has four children, and writes fiction in his free time.
