KENT B. SCHNEIDER
Kent Schneider, one of the founding partners of the firm,
has been assisting catastrophic injury victims for nearly 30
years. He has represented such individuals in courts all
over the State of Ohio and throughout the United States. Kent’s consistency in obtaining large verdicts and settlements for those victims and their families has resulted
in his being listed in the publication “Best Lawyers in
America.” Martindale-Hubbell, the most authoritative guide
to the American legal profession, a guide that has been
rating lawyers and law firms for over 100 years and
currently rates over 150,000 lawyers nationwide each year,

EXAMPLES OF MATTERS HANDLED:
- Representation of a newborn who was the victim of a
negligent delay in delivery resulting in a severe brain injury
and Cerebral Palsy. A multi-million dollar result was obtained.
- Representation of an infant who survived the "Shooter’s"
boat explosion, an accident in which the infant’s entire
family was killed. A product liability action was
successfully asserted against the manufacturer of a
component part of the boat.
- Representation of a 17-year old individual who was in the
custody of the State of Ohio and rendered a quadriplegic
when the van in which he was a passenger overturned.
Succeeded in obtaining the largest monetary award ever
achieved in the Ohio Court of Claims.
- Representation of a woman who underwent bariatric
surgery and was rendered a mute quadriplegic as a
result of the administration of inappropriate post-operative
medication resulting in a recovery of monies to care for
her the remainder of her life.
- Successful representation of the family of an individual who was crushed to death as a result of a defective forklift in an automotive factory.
- Representation of a rape victim who was victimized as a result of inadequate security.
- Representation of the family of a young man who was killed by a negligent driver. Successfully imposed millions of dollars in insurance coverage against the victim’s employer’s insurance company.
- Successfully asserted intentional tort claims against the employer of a man who was killed when he fell through a defective roof at work.
- Obtained a multi-million dollar verdict on behalf of an infant whose spinal cord was negligently damaged during the birthing process.
- Representation of the family of a young woman who died as a result of the hospital’s and physician’s failure to timely diagnose her aortic dissection.
