Peter Krembs is one of those rare lawyers who is skilled in both litigation and transactional matters. He has been a partner with Hermann, Cahn & Schneider since 1992 and was former corporate counsel with a Fortune 500 corporation. He has extensive experience in business litigation including matters involving breach of express and implied warranties, contract disputes, fraudulent conveyance matters, lender liability and commercial transactions. He also has substantial experience handling litigation involving employer/employee relations including employment discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination and trade secret and non-compete clauses, principally from the employer position; shareholder disputes, construction contract claims and product liability defense. He is also experienced in negotiating and drafting of small business transactions including mergers, asset acquisitions, share purchases and financing arrangements.
